This isn’t just a job on a line—it’s a career-defining role in a company with massive growth prospects and a culture that values precision, artistry, and efficiency.We are looking for a Senior Cutter who moves with speed, thinks with logic, and treats every hide and bolt of fabric like a work of art.What You’ll DoPrecision Cutting: Execute complex cuts on high-grade leathers and various fabrics (woven, synthetic, and technical textiles).Yield Optimization: Demonstrate expert-level knowledge in hide grading—navigating scars and stretch marks to ensure maximum yield with minimal waste.Pattern Mastery: Interpret intricate technical drawings and patterns, ensuring every piece meets exact specifications.Quality Guardianship: Perform rigorous quality checks on raw materials before and after cutting.Workflow Leadership: Work closely with the design and sewing teams to ensure a seamless transition from raw material to finished product.What We’re Looking ForNote: This is a senior-level role. We are exclusively seeking candidates who possess a dual mastery of both leather and fabric.Experience: A minimum of 5 to 10 years in a professional factory or high-end workshop environment.Material Expertise: Deep understanding of leather grains, temper, and thicknesses, alongside fabric grain lines and nap directions.Tool Proficiency: Expert handling of manual cutting tools (knives, shears, rotary cutters) Added Preference:Tool Proficiency: Expert familiarity with industrial cutting machinery (clicker presses, embossing machine or laser cutters is a plus).The "Pro" Mindset: A sharp eye for detail, a steady hand, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced factory setting.Why Join Us?Vibrant Culture: Join a team that actually enjoys coming to work.
