The role is ideal for someone with a technical mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for building client relationships in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Customer ServiceHandle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms.Prepare accurate and professional quotes and proposals for customers.Follow up on quotations and assist in converting inquiries into orders.Provide customers with product information and technical guidance (training provided).Maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive and friendly service.Order Processing & CoordinationProcess customer purchase orders accurately within internal systems.Liaise with the warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.Track and communicate order progress to customers.Administrative SupportMaintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.Assist with compiling sales reports, forecasts, and performance data.Support external sales representatives and management with daily operational tasks.Qualifications & SkillsEducation:Matric (Grade 12) required.A technical or business-related diploma/qualification (e.g., Sales, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management) will be advantageous.Skills & Attributes:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and open to learning new systems.A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.Technical curiosity and eagerness to understand industrial products and solutions.
