Gas, Plumbing & Water Inspect pipes and water meters for leaks or tampering. Check for gas leaks and ensure drains are clear and secure. Structural & Common Areas Inspect building exteriors, walkways, balustrades, paving, service stacks, signage, washing lines, and gas cage fencing for damage or safety concerns. Access Control Ensure gate motors, pedestrian turnstiles, and boom gates are fully operational. Security Facilities Inspect security rooms and bathrooms for cleanliness, damage, or maintenance issues. Refuse Room Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and odour control. Fire Safety Coordinate with the managing agent to ensure fire compliance. Reporting Maintain maintenance logs and report faults or safety issues to the managing agent/trustees promptly. Requirements Proven experience in building or facilities maintenance. Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and security systems. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Good communication and record-keeping skills.
