We are looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for
customer service. You will be responsible for conducting thorough and impartial
property inspections, documenting findings with time-stamped images, and
providing clear, comprehensive inspection reports.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conducting detailed property inspections (both residential and
commercial)
· Documenting the condition of the property with accurate reports and
images
· Ensuring compliance with the Rental Housing Act and other relevant
legislation
· Communicating with clients to schedule inspections and deliver reports
· Providing clear, unbiased reports for landlords, tenants, and property
managers
Requirements:
· Previous experience in property inspections or a related field
(preferred, but not required)
· Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
· Knowledge of the Rental Housing Act and other relevant property
