Rental Inspector Required

Rental Inspector Part Time Commission based

We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for customer service. You will be responsible for conducting thorough and impartial property inspections, documenting findings with time-stamped images, and providing clear, comprehensive inspection reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting detailed property inspections (both residential and commercial)
• Documenting the condition of the property with accurate reports and images
• Ensuring compliance with the Rental Housing Act and other relevant legislation
• Communicating with clients to schedule inspections and deliver reports
• Providing clear, unbiased reports for landlords, tenants, and property managers

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property inspections or a related field (preferred, but not required)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
• Knowledge of the Rental Housing Act and other relevant property legislation (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
