We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house team.Role OverviewThe Junior Graphic Designer will work closely with our design, production, and sales teams to create print-ready artwork that meets client briefs and production standards. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, eager to grow, and interested in the technical side of print.Key Responsibilities
Design artwork for print materials such as flyers, brochures, business cards, posters, banners, labels, and signage
Prepare print-ready files according to printing specifications
Make revisions and artwork adjustments based on client feedback
Ensure correct colour modes, bleeds, margins, and file formats
Liaise with production staff to ensure designs are suitable for printing
Maintain brand consistency across all designs
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Requirements & Skills
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent)
Proficiency in Coreldraw or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Basic understanding of print processes, colour modes (CMYK), and file setup
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to take direction and work well within a team
Willingness to learn and grow within a print-focused environment
