The purpose of the
position is to provide a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the
building and common areas of a 20-unit apartment building
The duties will include but will not be limited to:
General cleaning of assigned areas.Emptying and washing waste bins or similar
receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.Sweeping and mopping of floors.Dust, damp wipe, wash ledges, windowsills,
external surfaces Other cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned
Requirements & Skills
Grade 12 (or equivalent) highly preferredDirect work experience in a similar
capacity Basic health and safety
qualifications/first aid training - preferredHigh energy levelsSober HabitsProfessional and presentableAbility to work overtime if requiredPunctual, friendly and hard workingExcellent attention to detail and cleaning
to a high standardAbility to deal with building residents
and owners in a professional and helpful manner.No criminal record
