Assist with onboarding new customers and providing them with relevant product/service information. Track sales activities and update CRM or internal systems accordingly. Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers and visitors. Manage basic office administration tasks including stock control, canteen. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace. Identify and sign up potential Ambassadors and once onboarded, assist Ambassadors with events, pop-ups, or marketing initiatives and door to door. Act as a liaison between the local team and central operations or support functions when needed. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly activation targets. Achieve defined conversion rates from leads to signed customers. Office is consistently open and operational at the designated times. Timely and accurate updating of sales data and CRM records. Reliable and consistent participation in supporting local campaigns and events. HVAC ASSISTANT (JUNIOR) /EAST LONDON – Our client is looking to employ a HVAC Assistant to support their technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, eager to learn, and able to work in various environments. Requirements: Matric or equivalent (Grade 12 preferred). Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems is a plus. Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Valid code 08 license required Key Responsibilities: Assist in installing and servicing HVAC units and components. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, lubricating motors, and replacing worn parts Carry tools and materials to job sites and assist with setup. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient movement of construction materials and products in and out of the yard. Youll be responsible for physically loading and offloading customer and delivery trucks, maintaining an orderly yard space, and ensuring materials are safely handled and stored.

Key Responsibilities

Loading & Offloading

• Load and offload building materials such as cement, bricks, sand, timber, tiles, steel, and other heavy stock

• Assist customers and delivery drivers with safe and accurate loading

• Inspect goods for damages and ensure correct quantities are moved

Yard Operations

• Organize and maintain stock in the yard according to product categories

• Keep the yard clean, safe, and free of hazards or obstructions

• Stack materials properly and safely using manual handling techniques or equipment (where applicable)

Team & Customer Support

• Work closely with drivers, dispatch staff, and store team to coordinate stock movements

• Provide professional and respectful customer service in the yard

• Communicate any issues with deliveries or stock to supervisors promptly
