Location: Private Game Reserve
Position Type: Full-Time | Live-in Position
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Workshop Manager
to oversee and manage all workshop operations within a well-established private
game reserve. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership
ability, and the capacity to operate efficiently in a remote bush environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining
the reserve’s fleet, machinery, and equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and
cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily workshop
operations and staff.Manage maintenance and
repairs of:4x4 vehicles and game
drive vehiclesTractors and
agricultural machineryGenerators, pumps, and
reserve infrastructure equipmentSmall plant and tools
Implement preventative
maintenance schedules.Maintain service records

Minimum Requirements
Qualified Diesel

(Code 10 with PDP).Ability to work
