About the Role As our Content & Social Media Manager, you'll be the creative voice behind Silver Oaks Dental Clinic's digital presence. You'll plan, create, and publish content that educates, entertains, and builds trust with both existing and prospective patients. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow the clinic's presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar, publish posts, stories, reels, and videos consistently, monitor engagement and respond on-brand, and provide regular analytics reports with actionable insights. Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content at the clinic, edit short-form video including Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts, design graphics and promotional assets, write engaging captions and copy, and maintain brand consistency across all platforms. Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with clinic goals, identify trends and audience insights, collaborate with leadership on campaigns, and support website and email marketing where required. What We're Looking For 2–4 years' experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketingStrong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube including algorithms and analyticsConfident with photo and video capture; DSLR or mirrorless camera experience a plusProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, Canva or similar; ability to use AI efficiently and create workable promptsExcellent written communication skills — you know how to write a caption that convertsA natural storyteller with an eye for authentic, relatable contentComfortable in a professional healthcare environmentSelf-managed, deadline-driven, and highly reliable Portfolio, Instagram handle, or sample reel required to apply.
