Requirements A qualification in Graphic / Web Design (Diploma, Degree, or Certificate).2+ years of proven industry experience in a similar design role. (Non-negotiable)An up-to-date portfolio showcasing relevant design work. (Please include links if online – non-negotiable)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. (required)Strong web design knowledge, including:HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, BootstrapResponsive interface designWireframing and layout planningFamiliarity with W3C standards (XHTML1.1 & CSS)Cross-browser UI optimization and speed considerationsExcellent communication skills, especially when engaging with clients and co-workers.Valid driver’s license and own transport is requiredKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative concepts and designs based on written or verbal briefs.Take projects from concept through to final delivery, including presentations to clients when needed.Collaborate across design, development, and production teams to ensure smooth execution.Assist with ongoing website maintenance and updates.Liaise with clients to gather feedback, present progress, and manage expectations.Maintain high design standards and take full ownership of your work.Apply creative thinking and contribute ideas to improve workflows and visual output.70% design work / 30% web development.
