Description:Assist with basic food preparation, including chopping, washing, and portioning ingredients.Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment in line with health and safety standards.Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as required.Ensure proper storage of ingredients and stock rotation (FIFO).Assist chefs with cooking and plating during peak periods.Monitor and restock kitchen supplies when needed.Dispose of waste safely and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Requirements:Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment (advantageous but not always required).Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Basic understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene.Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
