The monthly rent is R5 000, which includes water, electricity, and unlimited Wi-Fi. A deposit of R5 000 is required, which is refundable when you move out, provided everything is in order.
The house is located in Parklands, close to all amenities such as the MyCiTi bus stop, Sandown Centre, and Bayside Mall.
