The monthly rental to pay at the end of each month on the 30th of each month. If you decided to move out you have to give me one month notice in writing as necessary. If tenant did not give a one month notice legal action will be immediately taken against tenant by the Court. The monthly rental included furnished bedroom, water and electricity. The tenant can also make use of the kitchen and stove and micro oven and also got a fridge/freezer and the use of the house washing machine. If the tenant is broken anything or take something out of my house without my permission he will be responsible to pay for it or repair or replace it. I would appreciate to have an interview with tenant to show the house and the bedroom and to discuss certain things that we have to discuss with each other.
