We have a beautiful, large furnished front room with
en-suite bathroom available immediately in a large charismatic shared house on
Kloof Nek road. The house, shared by 12 young professionals, is central and
within walkable distance of all amenities. The room has high ceilings, wooden
floors and a large bay window that overlooks the front garden. It is furnished
with a three quarter bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and bedside table. There are communal kitchen and laundry facilities. The communal areas of the house are serviced every week day and we also have a handyman 4 times per week to tend to general maintenance. Rental for the
remainder of 2026 is R6600 and excludes water and electricity. There is a gas
geyser in the en-suite bathroom and you will be required to pay for gas used
(average use requires a 9 Kg cylinder every 4 - 6 weeks at the present cost of
R330 - gas price is directly affected by fuel price). A security deposit of one and a half
months rental (R9900) will be due, but a payment plan can be negotiated. There
is also a R250 key deposit for a set of house keys. Due to the number of
residents, single occupancy only and there is a strict no pet, no visitor, no
guest house rule, so please do not respond to this ad if you are not
comfortable with this.
