This role requires strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute core HR processes, including compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, talent development, and workforce planning.Support and resolve employee concerns, including conducting internal investigations, corrective actions, and providing coaching where necessary.Build strong, credible relationships with leaders at all levels through collaboration, trust, and clear communication.Apply sound judgment to diagnose issues and recommend effective HR solutions in complex or ambiguous situations.Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and Centres of Excellence to deliver high-impact HR initiatives.Manage HR transactions such as onboarding/orientation, leave administration, and exit processes.Act as the primary point of contact for HR policies, processes, and self-service tools, escalating cases to relevant resources when required.Contribute to location-based events, employee engagement activities, and culture-building initiatives.Support various departmental HR projects and organisational initiatives.Develop and maintain accurate and concise documentation for HR procedures, workflows, and reporting.Compile, analyse, and present HR-related data, including scorecards, dashboards, and reports.Conduct root-cause analysis, identify performance gaps, and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery.Requirementshttps://www.executiveplacements.com/Jobs/S/Senior-HR-Professional-1243418-Job-Search-12-01-2025-02-00-16-AM.asp?sid=gumtree
