Audac PRE 126 Stereo Preamp
The PRE126 is a two-zone 6-channel stereo preamplifier that offers a variety of input options for microphone and line-level audio signals and thus offers a variety of small to medium-sized audio installations in various applications with a two-zone audio distribution. It has two balanced mono inputs with phantom power and three-band tone control for connecting microphones or line-level signal sources. The switchable talkover function suppresses background music when a priority signal is present, making it suitable for paging or voice file announcements.
The four stereo line level inputs are designed symmetrically with XLR plugs and three unbalanced cinch plugs. This guarantees connection options for a variety of sources. In addition, an integrated Bluetooth receiver (mixed with Ch 3) and 3.5 mm jack connection on the front (mixed with Ch 4) offers convenient cable or radio connection options for portable devices such as laptops, smartphones and tablets.
A priority mute contact suppresses all (non-priority) music sources in the event of a contact closure, which means that autonomous alarm systems can be connected. The volume is adjusted using the corresponding rotary controls on the front, while the routing settings are made using the zone selection buttons. Each output has a 6-segment LED VU bar, a master volume control and 2-band tone control. Connections and input or output configurations, such as B. the gain setting and the mono / stereo switch can be made using the included controls on the back of the device.
