Its a dynamic position that requires fitness, flexibility, and passion for wellness, with the reward of working in a purpose-driven environment that values conservation, hospitality excellence, and meaningful guest impact.Core Criteria:Relevant spa or beauty therapy qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent).Previous experience in a lodge, hotel, or resort spa environment preferred.Excellent interpersonal and guest-service skills.Professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays.Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.Knowledge of spa products and treatments.Candidate Responsibilities:Provide a range of treatments such as massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and body therapies.Conduct guest consultations to determine treatment needs and preferences.Ensure treatment rooms and spa areas are clean, hygienic, and well-prepared.Maintain high standards of guest service and confidentiality.Promote and upsell spa treatments, retail products, and wellness packages.Manage bookings and treatment schedules in coordination with reception.Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering spa products and supplies.Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.Support overall guest experience by working closely with camp operations and front-of-house teams.
