Quality Control & StandardsInspect rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet standards.Ensure the correct use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques.Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards according to local health and safety regulations.Address and resolve any guest complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly.
