This role is suited to a highly organised individual with strong knowledge of export customs, air freight operations and documentation control, who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Responsibilities:Prepare and process export customs and air freight documentation, including House and Master Air Waybills.Ensure all export documentation is accurate, compliant and issued timeously.Manage client communication and maintain written records of all instructions.Send pre-alerts to international agents to prevent delays and penalties.Coordinate collections, deliveries, and airline cut-offs to ensure on-time shipments.Oversee export files, invoicing and perishables procedures.Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulated agent requirements (SACAA Part 108).Perform weekend work when operationally required.Requirements:Minimum 3 years experience in exports, imports, perishables, or a similar role.Matric certificate or equivalent.Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.Solid knowledge of Cargo Operations and Air Freight.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.High attention to detail and accuracy.Computer literate, with experience in Excel and Shipshape.Code 08 drivers licence and own transport (essential).
