Assistant Maintenance Person position available at an apartment complex in Mitchells PlainJob Duties:- Maintain garden areas including cutting and watering of plants and grass. - Clean windows of building, and clean gutters and downpipes. - Ensure bin area is tidy, rubbish is stored appropriately and bins available for collection. - Change locks on doors. - Apply and repair paint. - Replace broken floor and wall tiles. - Fit, test, repair and replace fixtures and fittings, including lightbulbs. - Operate hand and power tools as needed. - Maintain appropriate safety measures when carrying out jobs. - Report requirements for repairs to Management. - Maintain tidiness during and after completing jobs and leave the work area free of debris. - Monitor and maintain inventory on jobs.
