The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, coordination, and delivery of electrical systems within building projects, from concept through to completion.Key Responsibilities:Design electrical systems including:LV power distributionLighting and lighting controlsEmergency lightingSmall power systemsFire alarm systemsData/ICT and security systemsPrepare load calculations, cable sizing, and fault level studiesProduce specifications, technical reports, and schedulesDevelop drawings using AutoCAD/Revit (BIM experience preferred)Attend client and design coordination meetingsEnsure compliance with local codes, IEC/BS/NEC standards, and energy regulationsSupport site inspections and commissioning activitiesRequirements:Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering38+ years of relevant building services design experienceStrong knowledge of electrical distribution and lighting designExperience with design software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Dialux, ETAP, or similar)Understanding of energy efficiency and sustainable design principlesGood communication and coordination skills
