Expectation and responsibility of the role include:
-Must have 5-10 years post apprenticeship experience
-Replacing and repairing of panels; straightening and filling
-Completing body alignment
-Welding and bonding
-Filler work, dent removal and pin pulling
-Ensuring vehicles are thoroughly examined and reporting orally/in writing on general condition of vehicles with emphasis on customer safety and satisfaction
-Must be able to carry out large repairs to detail
-Working in a manner consistent with the minimisation of lost, non-revenue and/ or diversionary time, recording all such time in an accurate and complete manner.
