N55 charge pipe failures are common and the more boost you run the more likely you are to run into the problem. But worry not. We’re proud to introduce the Hose & Parts N55 charge pipe. Our N55 charge pipe features all aluminum construction, a CNC machined flange, OEM style mounting hardware for a direct fit, and a lifetime warranty. Because we use the OEM mounting system, unlike other charge pipe solutions, the Hose & Parts N55 charge pipe installs in minutes and is 100% reversible. Keeping the charge pipe firmly secured to your N54 Engine are 4 ply silicon connectors and stainless steel clamps. In addition to great looks our kit features 1 water methanol bung, 1/8″ NPT plug for those of you not using the meth bung, add a CNC machined MAP sensor flange for seamless installation of OEM MAP sensor. The kit offers an OEM like fit, with an aggressive aftermarket sound. HOSE & PARTS IS38 / 9VA04 Performance Upgrade Turbo for Mk7 & 7.5, Golf, GTI and 8V A3The IS38 / 9VA04 turbo is the highest performance, quickest spooling OEM+ turbo upgrade available for the VW Mk7 / Mk7.5 Golf, GTI and Audi 8V A3.Give your VW Mk7 / Mk7.5 Golf, GTI or Audi 8V A3 the performance that the Golf R, Audi S3 and TTS come equipped with from the Audi / VW factory. This is a brand new OEM factory IS38 turbocharger and it is the current revision. This turbocharger is a direct bolt on replacement for your factory IS12 or IS20 turbo, with the only extra modification required is a software upgrade (Tune / Calibration) to match the turbo upgrade.Power NumbersAfter installing this turbo (bolt on, drop in) you can expect to gain +149 FT-LBS of torque and +170 WHP bringing the power numbers up to 397 HP 403 FT-LBS with proper tuning, exhaust system, intercooler and intake.IS38 Performance Turbo UpgradeThe 2 most common turbo’s which are swapped for the IS38 are the IS12 and IS20 turbos.
