Carbon Flush / Carbon Cleaning (De-carboning of

one-stop vehicle service workshop that specialises in the removal of carbon
deposit built up from petrol or diesel vehicle’s engines and we also do testing,
flow-testing and cleaning of petrol injectors either off the vehicle and/or
cleaning of petrol injectors on the vehicle.
We utilise the latest technology to de-carbonise
engines in a safe, effective and efficient manner whether by means of
Oxy-hydrogen technology or Walnut blasting. Our service removes carbon built-up
from the air intake, valves, injectors, plugs, cylinders, pistons, exhaust gas
recirculation system (EGR), diesel particulate filter (DPF), catalytic
converter (Cat), lambda sensors (O2-sensor), turbo exhaust housing, turbine
wheel and vanes inside a turbo and a vehicle’s exhaust system.
Benefits of the removal of carbon deposits from an
engine are improved throttle response, restored power, performance, smooth
idling, eliminate engine noise and/or misfire caused by carbon deposits and
enhance fuel economy. These results are instant.
A complete engine de-carbonisation with the Carbon
Flush cleaning machine takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes and removes normal
carbon deposits that has built-up in the engine over time/km travelled between
service intervals. A Carbon Flush will revitalise your engine and you will see
and experienced the benefits immediately.
If you have neglected the inside of your engine or
have not, at regular intervals, Carbon Flush your engine, a more intensive
de-carbonisation process is needed by means of Walnut-blasting. This process
will take approximately 3 to 4 hours as we will have to remove the intake(s) on
your vehicle and Walnut blast each intake port and valves with a specialised
machine.
All carbon deposit built-up will be removed to ensure that the engine
run and breathe more freely, making the engine quieter, smoother and more

Description:
This is introducing a new generation of "Push Type Floating
Valve System Blow Off Valves". The Floating Valve design produces quicker
valve response, increased valve travel, and improved resistance to premature
valve lift and boost leak.
The floating valve design incorporates a revised adjustable spring
system and diaphragm ventilation compared to competitors, while maintaining the
advantages of other model's push valve structure and heat resistant silicone
diaphragm and valve ratio.
This allows the spring and diaphragm to control the valve and
boost better. By placing the spring over the valve, it makes the need for
spring pre-load less dependent on idle and light boost situations and more on
keeping the valve closed under boost.
The result is our best performing Blow-off Valve yet! Another
improvement includes an adjustable turning top hat to adjust the hose fitting
location without complete dis-assembly.
This Blow Off Valve can be configured to one of three working
modes - 50/50, 100% atmospheric, 100% plumb back.

you can be 99.9% certain that the crankcase breather valve has been damaged or
to be specific, its membrane.
Other symptoms of its damage include increased oil

The membrane operates in hot oil fumes and simply becomes
damaged and deformed. Underestimating this defect can result in engine deposits
building up in the turbo, faulty flow meter operation, issues with the EGR

A manual boost controller is a simple mechanical and
pneumatic control to allow some pressure from the wastegate actuator to escape
or bleed out to the atmosphere or back into the intake system. This can be as
