Available from Feb. 2026! I am renting out a room in a house in Woodstock, Cape Town. The house has 5 rooms. The room has a bed (size: double), new mattress, desk, chair, huge cupboards, heating panel and curtains. Minimum rent 06 months (mid July 2026) with option of 6 further months (31.01.27) . A shorter rent term than 6 months is possible but at a higher rate. It is obvious that the rent for Feb. 26 is calculated pro rate. Deposit: 1 month’s rent. Fibre internet (50 Mbps), Kitchen, Bathroom and Court-Yard (with braai) will be shared with the other tenants. Rent includes water, fibre internet but NOT electricity. Off-street parking is available for additional 400 R per month. NO pets, NO babies, only for ONE non-smoking person - sorry, no exception of that.The house is closed to all public transportation incl. MyCiti-Bus in the area of Old Bisquit Mill / Saltriver Road.This room was already online beginning of the month. The current tenant then changed his mind and said he will refuse to move out by end of Jan. Yesterday he then told he will move out.
