Kloof Nek road. The house, shared by 12 young professionals, is central and
within walkable distance of all amenities. The room has high ceilings, wooden
floors and a large bay window that overlooks the front garden. It is furnished
with a three quarter bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and bedside table. There are communal kitchen and laundry facilities. The communal areas of the house are serviced every week day and we also have a handyman 4 times per week to tend to general maintenance. Rental for the
remainder of 2026 is R6600 and excludes water and electricity. There is a gas
geyser in the en-suite bathroom and you will be required to pay for gas used
(average use requires a 9 Kg cylinder every 4 - 6 weeks at the present cost of
