Qualify prospects using strict criteria
Book qualified meetings
Update call outcomes in Close CRM
Handle objections confidently
Requirements
Native or near-native English
Proven B2B cold calling experience
Comfortable speaking with executives
Strong objection handling
Reliable internet and calling setup
Ability to consistently hit KPIs
Bonus
Experience calling for SaaS, AI, tech or high-ticket services
Experience using Close CRM or power dialers
Compensation
Two possible structures:
Pure Commission high payout per attended meeting
Base + Bonus hourly + performance bonuses
Training and onboarding provided.
