An exciting opportunity exists for individuals with exposure in the financial services environment, specifically insurance (STI) is a strong preference, but a multi-skilled individual with some debt solutions experience would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and market various insurance (STI) products and debt solutions services to clients.
Identify and engage with prospective clients through targeted leads.
Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly.
Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Key Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or other financial services exposure.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Knowledge of short term insurance products, and general insurance principles is advantageous.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Minimum matric/grade 12 qualification.
Please note: FAIS is not a requirement as the successful candidates will work under the supervision of a qualified, fit and proper Key Individual.
