The house is partially furnished with beds, cupboards, stove and washing machine and dishwasher, but these can be removed and stored out of the way in the outside laundry. Water is included in the rent (borehole / fountain, safe to drink), and there is a pre-paid electricity meter. Refuse removal is included. There is grass in the front garden, and beds which are you welcome to plant in to. There is enough parking for 3 cars inside the property, but the garage is a single garage. Internet is not included, but the equipment for our local satellite internet provider is already installed. Although the area has very little crime, there are burglar bars on all opening widows, and gates on both the front and the back door.
