Salary R 15,000.00 – R 20,000.00 Experience in the roofing and waterproofing sector is required. Key Responsibilities:1. Roofing and Waterproofing background is ESSENTIAL.2. Plan and schedule projects effectively, including coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.3. Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities4. Order and arrange the necessary materials.5. Ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, and timelines and report on project progress to senior management.6. Resolve any on-site issues or delays effectively, ability to work independently and take full responsibility for the site.7. Knowledge of health and safety regulations within construction8. Organize equipment repair and routine maintenance.9. PDP and South African Driver's licenses are required.
