Pietermaritzburg. The job includes accommodation. Position will be Monday –
Friday from 8am to 5pm. The responsibilities will be:
· *Daily cleaning of the building and ensuring
there are enough cleaning material

basic handyman services
· *Putting out the weekly refuse
· *Relaying tenant / owner problems to the managing
agent
· *Reporting maintenance problems to the managing

· *Expected to be at the workstation on the days
included in the work schedule and might on occasion need to attend to emergency
