Infrastructure Maintenance Manager

A reputable organisation is in search of an experienced Infrastructure Maintenance Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the seamless functioning of all critical building systems. This leadership role involves coordinating both planned and reactive maintenance, managing infrastructure such as HVAC systems, power supply, fire safety mechanisms, and supporting office fit-outs and relocations. Candidates should hold a National Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, ideally with added certification in facilities management or plumbing, and have 5 to 10 years of experience in a corporate or hospitality environment. A strong foundation in electrical systems is preferred. The role calls for a solution-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and a strong sense of accountability for safety, quality, and efficiency.
