Reporting to the Branch Manager, the BSO will play a critical role in securing our company premises and assets and ensuring that all procedures are in line with our company policies and standards. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of maintaining company policies, adopting best practises, and exercising sound judgement to achieve the organisations goals. The BSO must also have a strong understanding of the role of facilities management within a successful business unit and be driven by results while embodying the values of our organisation.Conduct regular MSP reviews of branch evaluations minimum requirement once a month Conduct regular branch security evaluationsConduct regular checks of all security equipment (record in relevant register - daily, weekly and monthly) Daily testing of all alarm systems. Conduct full checks once a week on the alarm system to ensure that they are in good working condition in conjunction with the National Control Centre and alarm monitoring company.Complete necessary fault report once received full report from National Control CentreControl key holder responsibilities at all times with Tactical Support OfficerControl effective and efficient Access Control procedures and Property Protection Manage the safety procedures of the payouts.
