Experienced beauty therapist required for an upmarket Spa & Wellness Centre in Craighall, Randburg.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring a high level of
service quality and client satisfaction.
Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to maintain a well-organized and
effcient spa. (This will be done along with management)
Sta Management:
Efectively manage a team of beauty and wellness professionals, including massage
therapists, and spa attendants.
Create sta schedules, assign duties, and ensure proper sta coverage for all spa services.
Client Services:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints
promptly and professionally. (Any concerns should be handled by yourself and if there is any
concern you may contact management)
Maintain a client-focused approach, ensuring the overall well-being and satisfaction of spa
guests.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the spa's budget, including revenue, expenses, and cost control.
Monitor financial performance, adhere to sales targets, and implement strategies to achieve
revenue goals.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, run special and
implement marketing campaigns.
Inventory Management:
