Deliver exceptional spa treatments to the highest luxury standards
Perform a wide range of treatments including massages, facials, body therapies, and wellness rituals
Provide personalised consultations and treatment recommendations
Maintain impeccable treatment room standards, hygiene, and professionalism
Support and mentor junior therapists when required
Upsell spa products and treatments in a refined, guest-centric manner

Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury spa or 5-star hotel environment
Recognised Spa Therapy qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, SAAHSP, CIBTAC, or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of premium spa brands and treatment protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and calm, welcoming demeanour
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
