I have an original Porsche OEM GT3 Cup type factory short shift kit that reduces gearlever travel by around 25 - 30% giving you that quicker shorter gearlever movement. This is an original Porsche part that is no longer available from Porsche agents, it comes with an additional gear lever housing to make for easier installation and allowing you to refit your original gearlever at any point.This will fit most manual gearbox type 986 Boxster and 996 models and is simple and easy to install by anyone with a basic mechanical know how. I own JB Racing and have been a Porsche club member for over 20 years so easy to check out and verify me, I can provide lots of traceable references on request and can arrange shipping anywhere in SA. We currently have over R10M worth of new and used Porsche parts in stock and are stripping around 20 different Porsche's for parts. I have a black plastic front lower lip spoiler that fits under the front bumper for a Porsche 991 GT3 or 991 GT3 RS version 2014 - 2018 models. In good all round condition but does have some minor road rash on the underneath but east to repair during repaint.
