Responsibilities: Lead and oversee day-to-day warehouse, transport, e-commerce fulfilment, and last-mile delivery operationsDrive operational excellence by improving productivity, efficiency, service levels, and overall performanceDevelop and implement strategies to optimise warehouse processes, order fulfilment, and transport operations.Monitor key operational KPIs, analyse performance data, and implement corrective actions where requiredEnsure accurate, efficient, and timely order fulfilment in a fast-paced e-commerce environmentLead, develop, and motivate high-performing operational teamsManage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and data analysis tools to support operational decision-makingWork closely with key business partners and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve operational objectives.Identify process improvement and technology-driven opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experienceEnsure operational standards, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are consistently maintainedRequirements:Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is compulsory57 years experience in warehouse management, e-commerce fulfilment, and last-mile logisticsStrong experience across logistics, e-commerce, retail, fashion, and technology sectorsProven competence in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and data analysis tools.Demonstrated track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teamsExperience engaging with business partners and key stakeholders in a cross-functional environmentStrong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment
