DESPATCH CLERKS

We are currently looking for Despatch Clerks in
Springfield Durban

Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
? Coordinate and manage daily dispatch schedules.
? Prepare and verify delivery notes, pick lists, and transport documentation.
? Ensure timely and accurate distribution of stock to clients or stores.
? Monitor stock movement and communicate with warehouse and transport teams.
? Assist with warehouse receiving and stock handling when required.
? Maintain records and reports for dispatch and delivery operations.
? Liaise with drivers and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
? Support fast-paced warehouse operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
? Multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
? Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse, timber industry
? Understanding of warehouse processes, stock handling, and dispatch procedures.
? Physically able to assist with stock handling when required.
? Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
? Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
? Mature, responsible, and proactive.
Must Live in the Springfield and surrounding area.
