What will you do:
As the Head of Strategy, you will be tasked with developing strategies for our clients, as well as gaining client sign-off on your strategy and goals. You will work with our agency teams to achieve the goals and deliverables as set out in your strategies.
You will be expected to analyse user experience data, report on planned and current strategies, lead multiple effective digital marketing strategies and ensure that projects achieve your strategic goals. You will be required to adjust digital strategies that are not performing as expected.
The head of strategy will work with a team of strategists, project managers, account managers, content creators and developers. They will be pivotal in delivering our clients the correct digital strategies and services.
What will you need:
Requirements and skills:
· Relevant qualification from a reputable tertiary institution.
· Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
· An integrated portfolio of work – essential
· Have worked with a team of people under you before.
· Innovative
· Good leadership skills
· Leadership and organisational skills
· Effective time management skills
· Working knowledge of photography, typography and other design techniques
· Understanding of customer experience methodology, brand management, marketing, advertising and e-commerce
· Knowledge of office programmes and other web programmes
· Understanding of various production procedures, computer softwares
· Detail oriented, able to work under pressure
· Effective oral, written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities both written and verbal with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships
· Outstanding organisational and leadership skills
· Need to be able to problem-solve.
