Purpose of the position We have a marketing/creative department that is a hive of activity across our various brands and spans in expertise from brand management to graphic design, copy writing, digital marketing, social media and more. The purpose of this role is to ensure the successful completion of all jobs coming into the team.Key performance areas Receive, vet, schedule and manage all work coming into our diverse team.Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule and on budget.Keep management in the loop as to exactly what the progress of the job is at any given timeFinding solutions to all scheduling and resource problems together with managementFollow through on every step of a project and ensure it stays on trackGeneral administration2IC to the Studio ManagerChecking artwork against briefsWorking with the team with to ensure deadlines are meanWorking on Asana (task management system)Running of daily SCRUMCompiling BriefsLiaising with clients eg. General Managers at resorts.Compiling mailer stats reportsREQUIREMENTS Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects proactively and according to processMeticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvementKnowledge of graphic design will be an advantageAdvanced knowledge of ExcelInnovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem-solvingCredible and articulate, with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsGreat sense of humour Q ualifications and Experience Proven track record of traffic/project management experienceExperience working in a marketing/advertising/agency environmentBasic knowledge of graphic design to check artworkHighly proficient in MS Office.
