We are looking for a professional and reliable Part-Time Airbnb Hostess to manage bookings and Guest relations for two high-end short-term rental properties located in Camps Bay and Blouberg.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Airbnb and short-term rental bookings
Co-ordinate cleaning and maintenance services
Welcome guests on arrival and manage check-ins/check-outs
Act as the primary guest contact for queries or issues, including out-of-office hours
Conduct a minimum of 3–5 property visits per week across both properties (also dependent on bookings)
Ensure properties are consistently maintained to a high standard
Ensure Guest satisfaction during their stay
Working Hours:
No fixed working hours (peak activity during bookings)
Workload is booking-dependent and varies week to week
Flexibility is essential

On-site security in place at Blouberg
Property Manager support available
