Job Purpose:
The successful candidate would take charge of the implementation of compliance processes (across our funds) and keep these maintained and updated as required by the various reporting bodies. This person would take pride and pleasure in compliance and risk management in a financial services industry, but would like more variety in their job and would enjoy also managing the small office for 8-10 employees and provide support to the CFO and Inhouse Legal Counsel on ad hoc tasks. Maintain manual and electronic staff files (i.e. SMP / Share drives / OneDrive etc.) – ensure all relevant supporting documentation and information within the sphere of HR is kept up to date.

and ensure SMP files are updated as specified.
Discipline and Performance related items:

Requirements: • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field. • Consistent, professional dress and manner. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Good multi-tasking and time management skills. • Be in possession of a matric certificate. • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
