Invoer van debiteure, krediteure, fakturering en finansiële rekords.
Bestuur van kliëntekommunikasie en elektroniese opvolg van uitstaande
rekeninge.
Voorraadbeheer en bestelling van kantoor- en operasionele voorrade.
Personeeltydstate en finansiële & administratiewe verslagdoening.
Verseker voldoening aan interne SOP’s (Standaard Operationele Prosedures) en
verskaf ondersteuning aan Direksie, Bestuur en span.
VEREISTES:
Graad 12 (Matriek) (+ naskoolse kwalifikasie in
administrasie/finansies/boekhouding voordelig).
Toepaslike ondervinding en kennis van akkuraatheid,
finansiële rekords bv debiteure & krediteure en die invoer en verwerking
daarvan noodsaaklik.
Rekenaarvaardigheid: Microsoft Office pakkette: Word,
Excel, Outlook.
Ondervinding van Xero stelsel voordelig.
Kommunikeer vlot in Afrikaans en Engels (praat, lees en
skryf)
Uitstekende professionele organisatoriese, kommunikering en
probleemoplossingsvaardighede.
