Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings, plans, and schematics based on engineering or architectural specifications.- Translate design concepts, sketches, or technical specifications into precise CAD drawings.- Ensure all drawings comply with SANS / ISO standards, company policies, and relevant statutory regulations.- Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to clarify design requirements.- Review and update drawings as designs are revised or improved.- Maintain an organized library of drawings and technical documentation.- Provide technical support during the production and / or assembly phases.- Assist in design calculations or drafting layouts as required.- Keep abreast of new CAD software developments and industry best practices.
