Foundation Phase wced substitute – Grade 2

REQUIREMENTS

● Certified copy of Identity Document (ID)

● Certified copy of SACE Certificate or proof of registration

● Certified copies of academic qualifications and transcripts

● SARS tax number

● Police clearance or vetting documentation
