Requirements & Expectations:

✔ Experience working within inclusive education environments
✔ Understanding of different learner diagnoses and diverse learning needs
✔ Confident, warm, and able to engage with parents, learners, and staff
✔ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
✔ Comfortable with modern, progressive educational approaches and societal norms
✔ Basic understanding of finance and school administration (invoicing, data capture, basic reporting)
✔ Forward-thinking, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Daily administration and coordination
