Job description
Responsible for providing reservations and sales to the direct market both locally and internationally (excluding USA).
Responsible for providing an efficient and personalised reservations and sales service to the direct market and the trade for Lekkerwater Beach Lodge which is a lodge located in South Africa.  Responsible for yield management of Lekkerwater Beach Lodge.
Formal education and experience required
Minimum of a Matric certificate
Tertiary certificate in travel-related field desirable
Five years relevant experience in a similar environment
Skills and attributes
Service orientated.
Must have sense of urgency. An awareness of the impact of quick turnaround of quality responses.
Ability to work fast and accurately.
Good interpersonal skills and is able to handle confrontation.
Sound commercial awareness and the ability to think out the box.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Sales driven.
Self-motivated.
