About the Role

We are a high-end, family-oriented hair and beauty salon seeking a strong, reliable Store Coordinator to manage daily operations, support staff, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

This role is for someone who leads with structure, accountability, and professionalism—not supervision without execution.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth service flow

Coordinate stylists, braiders, nail technicians, and support staff

Manage staff attendance, punctuality, and performance

Ensure excellent client experience from entry to exit

Handle bookings, walk-ins, and schedule optimization

Maintain professional standards, cleanliness, and brand image

Track daily sales, stock usage, and basic reporting

Resolve client concerns calmly and professionally

Uphold salon policies and enforce discipline where necessary

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in salon coordination, hospitality, retail, or beauty management

Strong people management and conflict-resolution skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Professional appearance and leadership presence
