I'll design an effective exercise program based on your goals where we'll cover full body measurements, bodyfat % measurements as well as set monthly goals where we can work towards. Daily macronutrients and a general diet plan will also be supplied to help you on your fitness journey.
Training can be at Monte Vista (No Gym Membership required) or at your home for an additional travelling fee. Training cost of R250 per 1 hour for 1 on 1 and R200 for group training of 2 or more people, sold in packages of 8, 12 or 16 sessions per month.

Local Tennis Development (LTD Tennis) School at Chrismar Tennis Club in Bellville Provides group- and individual coaching to players of ALL AGES and skill levels.

Our coaches are trained and qualified with Tennis South Africa in affiliation with the ITF (International Tennis Federation).
We teach tennis to young beginners by making use of the ITF‘s new Play&Stay methods, which increases a child’s enjoyment and success in tennis from a younger age!
